Pair of Portuguese 18th century silver candlesticks, trumpet shapped body, with twisted and counter twisted mouvement, flower shaped sconces.

Lisbon hallmark in use between 1755 and c.1790 by Luis Gonzaga da Costa.

Lisbon silversmith António José de Faria, mark F/A.I, active during the second half of the 18th century.
